1. Website purpose
This website presents B2Smoke’s sourcing, consolidation and export support services for Russian hookah products. Public catalog information and recommended retail prices are provided for general business information. Private dealer prices remain available only to approved users.
2. Dealer applications
Applicants must provide accurate contact and business information. B2Smoke reviews every application manually and may approve, reject, suspend or revoke access at its discretion. Access codes are confidential and must not be shared.
3. Prices and quotations
Public retail prices are manufacturer recommended retail prices supplied in Russian rubles. Dealer prices are stored separately in Russian rubles and remain private. Any US dollar value shown on the site is an estimate based on the Central Bank of Russia reference rate plus the displayed currency reserve. It is not a final payment amount. Product availability, price, payment method, commission, delivery cost and quote validity are confirmed separately for each order.
4. Orders and delivery
Submitting a mixed order request does not create a binding purchase contract. B2Smoke confirms availability and terms before an order is accepted. Delivery options depend on destination, weight, product mix and import requirements. For airport-terminal delivery, the recipient is responsible for local import clearance unless agreed otherwise.
5. Legal compliance
Users are responsible for confirming that the products they request may be imported, sold and used in their country. Age-restricted or regulated goods may require additional checks and documents. B2Smoke may refuse requests that cannot be handled lawfully or safely.
6. Intellectual property
The B2Smoke name, logos, website design and original content may not be copied or used without permission. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep website information accurate and the service available, but product data, exchange rates and availability can change. Final commercial terms are those confirmed directly for a specific order.
